Update March 26: OK, many of you have been asking me how to find girls to trample. So I'll just share my thoughts. I face the same problems as you do -- it's kinda hard to go up to a chick and say "heyyy, you have a sexy belly, wanna do some trampling?" 
BUT, if you want the rewards (and finding the right girl is VERY rewarding), then you ask. Whether you're going to pay the girl or not, use some common sense: (1) don't be creepy, be polite and genuine. Most girls are actually intrigued by trampling. (2) The act of trampling pretty hard to explain to *ordinary* gals, so I usually have a 20 sec trampling video clip I just show the girl, and ask if they'd like to do it. (3) don't be discouraged or insulted if you are given the creepy look -- most girls are thinking more about their abdominal well-being (rightfully), than judging you. (4) Ultimately, the girl will ask why you're doing this (making their face turn purple by standing on their soft bellies). You can either tell the truth n explain what a fetish is, or you can tell them it's part of a dare: "I dare you to take my weight for 1 min", or you can simply tell them it's a training exercise for their abs (and standing on bellies REALLY is used in some martial arts for abs training).
ANY girl can be a tramplee, girlfriends are best for private (non-video) trampling. But if you're hardcore (like me), you must be prepared to spend some dough. Some girls ask for $30, some girls ask for $300. I usually offer between USD150 to USD250 for a total [hot] stranger to be trampled. Taking into account the Purchasing Power Parity of girls in Asia, be prepared to pay TWICE that in your local currency. BUT do keep safety in mind, if you think you may actually hurt her.
